Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

Greetings Cards that are purchased from the online shop will be posted via Royal Mail First class. They will be posted on the following days, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. And will therefore be posted on the ‘posting’ day falling nearest to the day of purchase.

Paintings, Drawings and other original artwork or prints will be posted using a courier Next Day Delivery service. The cost of this delivery is based upon the size, weight and delivery location of each item, or multiple items.

If on the occasion that multiple items of the above description are purchased in the same order, it may be possible to send multiple items together, such as prints. Whereas paintings and other original artwork will be posted separately for safe delivery.

On the purchase of the above items, delivery will be arranged as soon as the item has been purchased, if purchased before 2pm. After 2pm on the day of purchase, delivery will be arranged on the next working day.

For items posted using the courier Next Day Delivery service, the purchaser’s and or delivery addressees telephone number and email may well be required. This information is needed for the delivery service/courier if in the event they may require further instructions about the location. Or to inform the purchaser or delivery addressee about any delays etc in the delivery of their purchase.

This information will not be kept by my myself after the event.

Returns Policy

Greetings Cards may be returned within seven days of purchase.

If the item/s are being returned through any other reason than that they are damaged, the item/s must be returned at cost to the purchaser. The cost only of the item will be reimbursed when the item/s are received by myself.

Greetings Cards may be returned within seven days of purchase if found to have been damaged. The return postage will be reimbursed along with the price of the item and its original delivery cost when the item/s is received by myself.

In the case of original artwork and prints. If you are wishing to return an item through any other reason than that of damage, you must inform me within seven days of purchase. Item/s must be returned in their original packaging. In the case of returning original artwork and prints I will arrange a courier to collect the item/s from the delivery address. This will require the returnee to measure and weigh the parcel. The cost of the item/s minus the return delivery cost will be reimbursed when the item/s are received by myself.

In the case of original artwork and prints being returned because of damage, you must inform me within seven days of purchase. Photographic evidence will be required from the purchaser so that I can attend to the services required.
